Went to Billy's last summer and I still remember how good the food was. Great fried calamari, wonderful baked salmon and seriously good dinner rolls. Service was mediocre and there was a wait, but it was summer in Wells and they were really, really busy. Would definitely return (I plan on going back to Wells just as soon as I can!), but maybe make reservations the next time.
